As we count down to the 40th Anniversary of Silay City Water District on July 1, 2016, we shall be reducing the New Connection Fee from the original P 3,100.00 to P 2,450.00. The applicant will only have to pay an initial payment of P890.00 upon application and the balance can be paid on equal installment for three (3) months to be paid with their monthly water bill.
This promo shall be from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016.
